What you send us
The project form asks for your name, company, business email, country, project type and requirements. Industry and estimated quantity are optional. The form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not upload the inquiry to this website's server. You review and send the email yourself. Any attachments you add are sent through your email provider.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to understand your request, reply, assess possible sourcing options and discuss project terms. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing without a separate basis.
Who may receive it
The operator and the email provider used for the mailbox may access inquiry emails. Relevant technical project details may be discussed with prospective manufacturers or service partners when needed to assess your request. Please do not send confidential drawings or sensitive personal information before agreeing a suitable channel and scope with us.
Location and retention
The website is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Emails sent to Findvant may be accessed and handled in China by the operator and processed by the email provider. We review inquiries regularly and delete those that do not lead to a project no later than 12 months after the last contact. Active project records may be kept longer where a contract or legal duty requires it.
Browser storage and analytics
The site saves only your language choice in your browser's local storage. It currently uses no advertising cookies, third-party analytics or tracking pixels. The hosting service may process technical connection data necessary to deliver and secure the site.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing or ask us to restrict it where applicable. Contact us by email. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority. The project form is optional; without contact details, we may not be able to reply.
